We store the account details you give us, plus your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers and invoice details, only to send the reminders you set up.

We do not sell, rent or share phone numbers or SMS consent with anyone for marketing. Mobile information is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver the messages you schedule.

Our public website pages use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which set cookies, to count visits and sign ups and to measure our ads. They are not used inside your account or on the invoice pages your customers see, so they never receive your customers' details or invoice information. When you sign up, add your first invoice or change your plan, we let Google and Meta know so we can measure our ads. We send your email address only in scrambled (hashed) form, along with your browser's cookies for those services and your IP address.

If you ask about a custom plan, we keep what you send in that form only to reply to you and set up your plan.

We never handle payments. Pay links in reminders go to the business's own payment provider.

You can export or delete your data by emailing us. Customers who reply STOP stop receiving texts immediately.
